Meet the Team:
Leon de Lange - Technical Director
Born before google, even before the first e-mail was sent in South Africa, I am a B.Eng and Post Graduate qualified engineer with more than 15 years industry experience in the manufacturing and build environment.
Early in my professional life, a mentor taught me that continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection. In my own business as well as the businesses's of my client, I strive to be better than yesterday, faster than last week and more efficient than last month.
What about Home Inspection? I am a hands on engineer, so early in my life I maintained properties for family members, later on maintaining my own property portfolio, culminating in my own property maintenance business. During my first facilities design project as an engineer, I was introduced to the National Building Regulations and the SANS 10400 Standard and it became a passion to do things the correct way.
Over the years I learned by observing shoddy workmanship of others, where and how defects are hidden and what materials and methods withstand the test of time. I am trained by an accredited home inspection training academy in the National Building Regulations of South Africa, SANS 10400 Standard, as well as the latest industry good practices.
